1.Super Glue, also sold under trade names: Instant Glue, Krazy Glue, Instant Bonder, Rapid Adhesive, under various brands like Loctite, Permabond, Fusion, Resinlab, 3M Scotch-Weld and Bondloc (each belongs to respective holders).
2. Base Chemistry: Ethyl 2-Cyanoacrylate
3. Molecular Formula: CH2=C(CN)COOCH3
4. Physical and Chemical Characteristics: Colorless and transparent, liquid with good fluidity; easily volatilize; polymerize and solidify as soon as it touches water and moist air.
5. Quality Standard: in accordance with industry standard HG/ T2492-93
6. Characteristics and Usage:
This product is mainly made from a-cyanoacrylate with the additions of plasticizer and stabilizer. It has the characteristics of one pack system, fast solidifying, convenient using, strong adhesion power as well as wide uses on different * can be used on steel. Nonferrous metal, rubber, leather, plastics, porcelain, glass and wood, etc. however, when it will be used on some other materials, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroehtylene products, their surfaces have to be specially treated first. It's widely applied in the industries of electric appliance, instrument, machinery, electronic, telescope, medical treatment, civil light industry, etc.
At first, clean the surfaces of material, then coat super flue (one drip may cover 1.25-1.55 in2), bond them together and press with fingers. After a while, it shall be bonded firmly. After 24hours, the bonded material may be put into use.
As this product has weak lacrimation, it should avoid it spattering into eye and on skin. In case of skin being stuck, may wipe and wash skin with acetone.
7. Toxicity and Protection:
This product has a slight pungent odor but not poisonous. Please keep airy during using.
8. Packing Specification: 20 KGS net HDPE drum or 500 KGS net IBC drum or as request.
